Traveler note
An illuminated garden, reflected autumn colours, projection mapping and Japanese umbrellas at Matsushima Rikyu, outside Sendai. Matsushimakaigan Station on the JR Senseki Line is about a one-minute walk from the venue. This is a separate site and admission from nearby Entsuin and Zuiganji; use Rikyu’s own dates and last-entry time.
