E BeanS is a two-minute walk from JR Sendai Station's west exit and connects directly to subway Sendai Station's South 2 exit. The free exhibition closes on 30 September, with last entry at 19:30. Its separate six-stop stamp rally continues through 31 October; each stop has its own hours. The organiser's 10 September notices restrict selected collaboration alcohol sales at the 3F venue to specified dates and limit each Signature Edition and Navy Edition reproduction artwork to one per person. Check those notices before travelling for merchandise; they do not change the exhibition's daily opening hours. Crowd-related entry restrictions may apply.
The dated 2026 announcement confirms 11-27 September at Nishikicho Park, about four minutes on foot from Kotodai-koen Station. BLUE TENT admission costs ¥500 with same-day re-entry; up to two children of junior-high-school age or younger may accompany the paying visitor under the organiser's admission rule. Last admission is 20:15 and most stalls take last orders at 20:40. Bring cash for the refundable drink deposit. The current 2026 stage programme is available at the linked official timetable. The 20th festival presents 77 reserved-seat concerts across eight halls in three facilities. Admission-age rules vary by performance: 0 and older, 3 and older, or primary-school age and older; U-18 applies from age 3 through 18, and children age 3 and older need a ticket. Buy through the official channels and check the live programme for the latest remaining-seat status before purchase; same-day tickets are offered only when seats remain.
The official outline lists six stage venues and one parade venue across Sendai. Paid-seat advance sales run from 20 August through 7 October 2026 at 23:59 (P-code 661-877). Before entry, exchange an advance ticket at the merchandise tent for the colour-coded wristband for its time block and seat type. Seats are unreserved and entry is first-come, first-served; the printed number is only an organiser reference, not an entry order. Re-entry is allowed, and holders of consecutive wristbands may remain in the same seat between blocks; unattended belongings may be held at changeover.
