Traveler note
A special garden-eel display uses transparent beads to reveal behaviour usually hidden below the sand, alongside illustrated interpretation. Badge making costs ¥300 for a small badge or ¥500 for a large one. The 11 November backstage tour costs an additional ¥500, lasts about 20 minutes and is limited to 11 people, with same-day registration at the programme desk; no remaining places are confirmed here. A separate optional ¥300 fish-themed commemorative stamp runs 1–30 November, beyond the main display end date. Some weekday labels in the organiser page are inconsistent with the 2026 calendar; use the numbered dates and check the current programme before travelling.
