See newspaper dinosaur art in Onagawa, outside Sendai, on 7-8 November. The published 25 October deadline for separately scheduled workshops and the talk has passed. Do not assume late applications or walk-in session admission are available. The original postcard/email application instructions remain in the official flyer linked from the tourism announcement. Applications must identify the desired event and workshop session, representative name, participant count (maximum four), telephone and email. The talk is limited to 40 groups. Oversubscribed applications are selected by lottery; selected applicants receive an admission ticket, and results are notified by email. Telephone applications are not accepted. Elementary-school children and younger must be accompanied by a guardian. If you already applied, follow the organiser’s result/admission instructions. The exhibition remains open viewing; confirm accessibility or language support separately.
