The brick sewer-tunnel visit takes about 15 minutes: no advance reservation, but on-day numbered tickets are limited to the first 150 visitors. Participants must be able to use an 8-metre spiral staircase; weather may cancel or shorten the visit. The latest official programme, updated on 16 October, says the separate card-game experience uses on-day numbered tickets, with sessions 10:00-14:30. Older publicity still describes advance registration; follow the latest programme and on-site staff instructions. Participation is subject to capacity. This fair is in Nishi Park, separate from the same-day Transport Festa in Nishikicho Park and Bus Festival in Kotodai Park.
