Traveler note
A neighbourhood festival with stage performances, local stalls, food trucks, a miniature train, working-vehicle displays and a play park. The 2026 flyer says the event runs in rain and that there is no event parking; use public transport. Its venue is east of Xebio Arena, near Nagamachi Station, rather than the Taihaku Ward Office. Exhibitor applications having closed does not restrict ordinary visitors. The current official programme restricts stage photos and video to smartphones, except for authorised performer affiliates.
